Who Is Eligible?

• Legal Resident of Georgia
• Be an adult (age 18+) who has one or more of the diseases specified in the law.
• Be a legal guardian of an adult who has one or more of the diseases specified in the law.
• Be a parent or legal guardian of a minor child who has one or more of the diseases specified in the law.

How Do You Get Your Card?

1. Visit a Qualified Doctor
    
   • View a list of licensed medical cannabis physicians in Georgia. Schedule an appointment to discuss your qualifying conditions and potential treatment options.
2. Register With the Department of Publich Health
    
   • If the doctor determines you are eligible, he/she will register you in the Low THC Oil Registry and a card will be issued.
3. Pick Up Your Registry Card
    
   • Patients and caregivers whill be notified when the card is ready for pickup (within 15 days from submission) from the health department. Low THC registry cards require a $25 fee every 2 years.
